Nathan Tinkler is believed to be lining up to buy more Australian coalmining assets from Anglo American plc, as a number of wealthy private investors start expressing interest in various parts of the portfolio that is up for sale. Bank of America Merrill Lynch has been working with the global miner for some time on its plans to divest coal assets in Australia.
