Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 750,000 shares, representing 4.23% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ¥1,500 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency.
The program will run until March 24, 2023. As of March 31, 2022, the company had 18,623,520 shares in issue (including treasury stock) and 906,591 shares in treasury.
