Tennessee American Water Announces New Engineer Manager Rosemary Downs Carswell Brought on Management Team Chattanooga, Tenn. (January 24, 2014) - Tennessee American Water has brought

Rosemary Downs Carswell on board their management team.
Rosemary Downs Carswell serves as Manager of Engineering. She is a native of Chattanooga but has worked most of her career in Florida and Georgia, including 3-1/2 years for the City of Atlanta. She has been back in Chattanooga for nearly 8 years and has worked mainly in the consulting field.
"Rosemary brings a strong background in design and construction of water and wastewater projects. Her experience enhances our infrastructure improvements that we are continuously making to meet the Tennessee American Water goal of delivering reliable, quality water to our customers' homes and businesses," said President Deron Allen.
Carswell graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. She has been a volunteer with the Chattanooga Area Food Bank and involved with the Ronald McDonald House. She is married and lives in Soddy-Daisy.
