Amdocs Limited Approves Quarterly Cash Dividend, Payable on October 25, 2019; Appoints John A. Macdonald as Member of Board of Directors

The board of directors of Amdocs Limited approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.285 per share to be paid on October 25, 2019 to the share holders of record date September 30, 2019.

Amdocs announced the appointment of John A. MacDonald to the company's board of directors, effective August 5, 2019, and subject to re-election at Amdocs' next annual general meeting on January 31, 2020.
