On June 14, 2024, The Capital Group Companies declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of voting rights
in Alten and held 5.99% of the company's capital and 5.19% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Alten shares on the market.
