AIA Engineering Limited at its Board meeting held on May 25, 2022 recommended Dividend of INR 9.00/- per Equity Shares of INR 2/- each (i.e. 450% dividend). The above dividend, if declared by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be credited/paid within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting.
