AHB Holdings Berhad (KLSE:AHB) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement to acquire Ksp Vista Sdn. Bhd. from Kok Seng Ping on January 8, 2024.

The transaction is subject to approval from board of AHB Holdings and due diligence review on Ksp Vista.
