AHB Holdings Berhad Announces Termination of Memorandum of Understanding Between the Company and Piong Choong Fah

The Board of Directors of AHB Holdings Berhad announced that the Company and Piong Choong Fah had mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with effect from 6 December 2023. No definitive agreement has been entered by the Company with Piong Choong Fah pursuant to the MOU. Termination of the MOU does not have any financial impact to the Company and its subsidiaries.
