Agellis Group AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of measurement instrumentation and sensor systems for metal industries. Its product platform is called EMLI, and includes products, such as slag detection systems, metal level systems, furnace material profile systems, suspended and cassette sensors, and automatic and handheld sampling systems, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a total of three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely MPC Metal Process Control AB, Agellis Surface AB and Agellis Process AB. As of December 31, 2011, its two largest shareholders were Faro Capital AB, which held 21.51% shares and Aktiebolag Grenspecialisten, which held 12.58% shares. It is also a majority shareholder of Agellis Group AB.
