AcroMeta Group Limited announced that Mr. Yee Kit Hong (Mr Yee) resigned as the Independent Director of the Company (Resignation) to facilitate board renewal. Following the Resignation, Mr. Yee will also cease to be the Lead Independent Director, the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and a member of Nominating Committee of the Company. Role and responsibilities are Non-Executive.
