ABRDN LATIN AMERICAN INCOME FUND The Board of abrdn Latin American Income Fund Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Gray as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 18 February 2022. Mr. Gray was appointed following the conclusion of a search conducted by an independent external search agency. Mr. Gray will stand for election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting to be held on or around 14 December 2022.
As previously announced in the Company's latest Annual Report and Accounts, Mr. Richard Prosser will retire as a Director of the Company upon the conclusion of the search for and appointment of a new Jersey-resident Director. Accordingly, he will retire with effect from 18 February 2022.
