LONDON, Dec 6 (Reuters) - British American Tobacco CEO Tadeu Marroco said on Wednesday that it had received some proceeds from the sale of its Russian and Belarusian businesses, but this was "far away" from the true value of the business.

He added that the deal did include an option to buy back the business, but the Russian authorities restricted this to a two-year time period. (Reporting by Emma Rumney; Editing by Sharon Singleton)
