The Directors of TT International Fund Ltd (the 'Company') wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to remove all of the shares of the Company from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to delist all of the shares of the Company with effect from 15 January 2016.
