'I have been involved in a series of trainings and seminars, which well equipped me with skills on how to appeal to legal authorities and what kind of mandatory benefits are covered by the state for persons with disabilities. Thanks to this project, I could receive a qualified legal consultation on many of my personal questions and I would be happy to see such kind of projects in the future as well'.

Mr. Yertay Myshanov, Project Beneficiary, 3 category disabled, Yessik town

'As a result of project activities, our organization has gained very good experience in project management. After receiving thematic trainings we acquired valuable skills on how to properly draft a project proposal, use of logical framework, development of relevant indicators, which significantly affects the quality of work.

'In the future, while preparing new proposals to other donors, we intend to use all the experience we have gained in the framework of the 'Equal Before the Law' Network. As regards to financial management, we started to actively use the term of financial sustainability in our work plan. All this served in favor of the institutional development of our NGO.'
