Notice is hereby given that the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County will hold a Hearing in the Bucks County Justice Center, 100 N. Main Street, Doylestown, PA 18901 in Court Room 330 on January 9, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. to consider the Petition of Upper Southampton Township to extinguish a public access easement and subdivide and sell Bucks County Tax Parcel No. 48-002-007-015 owned by Upper Southampton Township to the owners of the properties known as 105 and 100 Paddlewheel Circle, Southampton PA for the total sales price of $900.00.
