Welcome to Sigma's network for women working in the IT industry. Our third meeting in Stockholm will be held on February 16. This time Maria Malmsjö Söderberg from Persei will be there to teach us how to become better at working strategically with our network, and Madeleine Engholm from Sigma Systems Innovation will be on hand to share her experiences about what it's like to work in management in a male-dominated industry.

This is an invitation to Sigma's Smart Women Society's third meeting. The idea is that we at Sigma, along with our female colleagues in the industry, will meet for energy-filled evenings together. Maria Malmsjö Söderberg from Persei will be serving as facilitator for the meeting.

Maria has been a coach at Dale Carnegie for several years and has more than 20 years of experience in working with communication, leadership and organizational development.

As requested by the participants at our last meeting, this time we'll focus more on how we can become better at working strategically with our networks. Regardless of your position, you'll find out about practical and concrete tips and methods that can help you in your job. The opportunities are endless and many are surprised about how simple it can be. Think what you could you gain by becoming better at networking with quality?

You will also have the opportunity to hear about Madeleine Engholm's leadership experiences in a male-dominated industry. The goal is that you will leave the meeting stronger, with practical and concrete tools. A chance to expand the network!

Madeleine Engholm is deputy CEO, team leader and head of consulting at Sigma Systems Innovation. Madeleine is a former elite referee in handball and has worked in the IT industry since 1983, most years in some form of management position. Additionally, she has experience from running her own business in IT and project management.

We'll start the evening with drinks and something to eat. After the lecture, we'll continue with a little mingling, snacks and champagne.
