The Association of Community Cancer Centers (ACCC) is a leading education and advocacy organization for the cancer care community. The non-profit company is based in Rockville, MD. An estimated 65% of the nation's cancer patients are treated by a member of ACCC. ACCC Financial Advocacy Network is the leader in professional development training, tools, and resources that empower providers to integrate financial health into the care continuum and help patients gain access to affordable high-quality cancer care. The organization also recognizes the important role nutrition services can play in optimizing care for patients with cancer both during and after treatment. Recently, the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) and ACCC jointly released resources to help research sites increase the racial and ethnic equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in cancer clinical trials.
