In 2004 a new holding company, ODL Group Ltd., was incorporated and acquired ODL Securities Ltd. The firm diversified its product range to include online and telephone trading in foreign exchange, contracts for difference and precious metals. The firm is located in the City of London and has additional offices in Chicago and Tokyo. ODLS offers a range of foreign exchange, derivative, equity and fixed-income products for retail & corporate clients, financial institutions, fund managers, brokers and agents.
