Harsha Rodrigues

Harsha Rodrigues is the head of Regional Client Services at Women’s World Banking, the global nonprofit devoted to giving more low-income women access to the financial tools and resources they require to achieve security and prosperity.
In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s work in select markets across South East Asia, South Asia, Africa and LAC.
Prior to joining Women’s World Banking, Harsha worked as a Management Consultant with Deloitte and was responsible for leading teams in the Health Care Practice in analyzing and implementing performance improvement strategies for multi-facility healthcare systems nationwide.
Harsha leverages both her corporate and not-for-profit experience to gain a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our primary stakeholder groups in key markets to design strategies and programs that best deliver on making a difference in the lives of low-income women around the world.
Harsha holds a B.A.
in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and an MBA in International Business from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio.
