David P. Fiore

Mr. David P.
Fiore is a Principal at Marcus Partners, Inc. He has over 30 years experience in the acquisition, leasing, management, development, construction and design of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Marcus Partners, Mr. Fiore served as Senior Vice President of Davis Marcus Partners for 11 years where he was been responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing and overseeing property management for the Connecticut office.
He also served as a Managing Partner of Philip Johnson, Ritchie and Fiore Architects in NYC where he practiced architecture for 17 years.
Mr. Fiore received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Penn State University.
