D. Justin Ramsey

Mr. Ramsey has worked with Ewing Management Group and its predecessor since 2000, and he currently serves as a Vice President in the Business Engagement Group.
Mr. Ramsey leads the automotive team and is responsible for sourcing, financing and executing new acquisitions.
Additionally, he is responsible for add-on acquisitions, divestitures and financings for automotive portfolio companies.
He has directly contributed to the acquisition, financing and turnaround of Key Plastics, Soo Plastics and Key Safety Systems.
Mr. Ramsey has also worked on the divestiture of former portfolio companies.
Mr. Ramsey currently serves on the Board of Directors of Key Plastics and is the Assistant Secretary to the Board of Directors of Key Safety Systems.
Mr. Ramsey is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, from which he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School.
