Boris Novikov
Profile
Prior to joining Three Zero Three Capital Partners, Dr. Novikov began his career at VNIMI in St. Petersburg, Russia, where he developed graphics and systems interfaces for various excavation models.
From 1995 to 1999, he led the development of the electronic stock transfer system for Finwhale Investments, also in St. Petersburg.
Dr. Novikov moved to the US in 2000 and joined Lucent Public Safety, a wholly-owned venture of Lucent Technologies.
There he participated in the design, implementation, and support of Lucent‘s CAD system and its mapping component.
Immediately prior to joining Three Zero Three, he developed a next generation web-based tax accounting system for AlternaDev, LLC in Naperville, IL.
The system tripled AlternaDev's performance and was critical in winning AT&T Wireless and Verizon as clients.
Dr. Novikov received his M.S.
from St. Petersburg State Technical University in 1993 and completed coursework for his PhD between 1993-1997.
He holds eleven IT certifications.
