He began his asset management career with the Central Bank of Turkmenistan where he spent five years working in the bank's foreign exchange reserves department.
In 2001, Mr. Grigoryants joined MERCER Investment Consulting where he spent three years and was involved in providing investment advice to large UK pension schemes as well as investment manager research.
He joined FF&P Asset Management in June 2005 and is Head of Research.
Mr. Grigoryants completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995 and then had a master degree in Investment Analysis at Stirling University in 2001.
