Subject: Conclusion of Annex to Cooperation Agreement. Content:
With reference to the current report 69/2015 of 15 June 2015 concerning an annex to the cooperation agreement between mBank S.A. (the "Bank") and ZUE S.A. (the "Company," the "Issuer") for the Company's use of the Bank's products and services to finance the Company's day-to-day operations (the "Agreement") and previous reports, the Management Board of the Company inform of an annex to the Agreement signed on 22 December 2015. Under the Annex, the product limit was temporarily reduced from PLN 90m to PLN 20m. The limit will be reduced from 23 December 2015 till the end of January 2016. After the end of January 2016, the limit will be restored to PLN 90m. In addition, the Annex deals with the following changes in sublimits:
sublimit for guarantees - up to PLN 20m till the end of January 2016 and up to PLN 30m subsequently;
sublimit for non-revolving working capital facilities - up to PLN 20m till the end of January 2016 and up to PLN 70m subsequently.
The remaining terms of the Agreement did not change.
