(3)    Advisory Vote on the Frequency of Future Advisory Votes on Named Executive
       Officer Compensation. The stockholders of the Company indicated, on
       a non-binding advisory basis, their preference for one year as the
       frequency of holding future non-binding advisory votes on the compensation
       of the Company's named executive officers based on the following voting
       results:

Consistent with the recommendation of the Board of Directors and based on these
results, the Company will conduct future non-binding advisory votes on the
compensation of the Company's named executive officers every year. This policy
will remain in effect until the next non-binding advisory stockholder vote on
the frequency of non-binding advisory votes on the compensation of the Company's
named executive officers, expected to be held at the Company's 2025 annual
meeting of stockholders.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 14, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the dismissal
with prejudice of all patent lawsuits filed by Symantec Corporation against the
Company. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference.
