The company's actual controllers Hu Linfu and Cao Yong, holding shareholder Anji Changjiang Investment Co., Ltd., and shareholders Zhu Huangqiang, Zhang Yun, and Anji Gaosheng Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) committed that to not transfer or entrust to a third party the company’s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 36 months from the listing date i.e. February 8, 2018.
