collection location change for shareholders adoption of Electronic
Voting System.

electronically to collect souvenirs has been changed to 1st Floor, No. 2,
Section 1, Chongqing South Road, Taipei City. The distribution period is
2022/6/29 to 2022/7/1, am 9:00 to pm 4: 00, overdue will not be accepted.
Original Notification Location: 3F., No. 17, Bo'ai Rd., Zhongzheng Dist.,
Taipei City, Souvenirs will not be issued. Shareholders who do not exercise
their voting rights electronically will not be issued souvenirs during this
period.
