Zhang Yu signed a Share Transfer Agreement to acquire a 2.15% stake in Zhongtian Financial Group Company Limited (SZSE:000540) from Kingsbury International Holdings Co.,Ltd for approximately CNY 200 million on July 20, 2022. As part of the transaction, Zhang Yu will acquire 150,959,542 shares at a price of CNY 1.33 per share.
