Henan Wanxi Holding Co., the controlling shareholder of the company and the Company?s actual controllers Sun Yaozhi and Zhu Xincheng and their associates Sun Feng, Zhu Li, Qiao Song committed to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company?s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 36 months from the listing date.
Directors Li Mingli, Zhang Minghua, Yang Li, Jia Yuming and senior management Wang Wentao, Li Changchun, Guo Jianwei, Zhang Yong?an, supervisors Bai Xiangrong and Sun Wei and other shareholders of the company committed: to not transfer or entrust to a third party the Company?s shares they hold directly or indirectly before the issuance, or allow the company to repurchase those shares within 12 months from the listing date.
