Zhejiang Desheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire a 40% stake in Ningbo Yongchuang Power Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Tuna Environmental Science & TechnologyCo.,Ltd. (SHSE:603177) for CNY 2.7 million on June 2, 2022. Prior to transaction, Zhejiang Tuna Environmental Science & TechnologyCo holds a 40% stake in Ningbo Yongchuang Power Technology. Post completion, Zhejiang Desheng New Energy will own 40% stake in Ningbo Yongchuang Power Technology. Ningbo Yongchuang Power Technology had unaudited total assets of CNY 6.93 million, net assets of CNY 6.78 million, as of April 30, 2022. The transaction has been approved in the 10th meeting of Zhejiang Tuna Environmental's 4th Directorate held on June 2, 2022.
Zhejiang Tuna Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company and mainly engaged in providing flue gas comprehensive service. The main products of the company include desulfurization equipment, honeycomb and flat-panel denitrification catalyst, wet electrostatic precipitator, and among others. The Company also provides flue gas treatment engineering service which means whole scheme design, material procurement, project construction and commissioning of the flue gas treatment system according to the specific needs of the users, and finally delivering the users after the qualified acceptance to achieve the goal of pollution abatement.
