(SZSE:300943) signed share transfer agreement to acquire Zhejiang Chunhui Instrumentation Co.,Ltd from Yang Guangyu, Yang Yanrong and Yan Chenguang for CNY 51.4 million on November 15, 2021. As per the transaction, Zhejiang Chunhui Intelligent Control Co., Ltd. acquired 15,623,266 shares for CNY 3.29 per share. As on August 31, 2021, Zhejiang Chunhui Instrumentation Co.,Ltd generated total assets of CNY 110.1 million and net assets of CNY 84.9 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors and shareholders of Zhejiang Chunhui Intelligent Control Co., Ltd.
