Subject: Changes in the Supervisory Board of ZPC Otmuchów SA.

ZPC Otmuchów SA (The Company, the Issuer) announces that on 10th November 2016 Mr Witold Grzesiak and Mr Jacek Giedrojć resigned from their positions as members of the Supervisory Board, both of them did not indicate the reasons for resignation.

At the same time, on 10 November 2016 Supervisory Board, using powers under § 14 paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association of the Company, appointed by co-optation on the same day to the Supervisory Board Mr. Krzysztof Dziewicki entrusting him position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board and also appointed by co-optation of Mr Konrad Rosiński as Member of the Supervisory Board.

According to the submitted declarations Mr Krzysztof Dziewicki and Mr Konrad Rosinski do not lead activities outside the Issuer which would be competitive, do not participate in the company competitive as a partner in a civil partnership or as a member of a body of a Management of the company, also they do not participate in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its body.
