Yutong signs strategic cooperation agreement with CMC

The delegation of China National Machinery Imp. & Exp. Corp.(CMC) led by Wang Xusheng, president of CMC visited Yutong on December 19, 2013 and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yutong. Under the stipulation of the agreement, both parties will carry out all-round cooperation on the core business covered by their respective business scopes.   

On the signing ceremony, Tang Yuxiang, president of Yutong Group, extended a warm welcome to the guests and introduced the company's development process, as well as the situation of its production management, technical innovation and domestic and international market development. Tang expressed that CMC is the earliest large-scale state-owned foreign trade company in China which has strong advantages on information channels, market development, business integration, project financing and so on. After years of business contacts, CMC and Yutong have established a good relationship, laying a solid foundation for the cooperation. It is believed, after the signing of the agreement, the exchange and cooperation of both sides will have a broader development prospect in the future. Wang said Yutong is the leading enterprise in terms of buses and construction machinery which owns the global sales and service networks. He hopes Yutong and CMC will achieve a better development through expanding and deepening the cooperation.  

After conducting an in-depth discussion on the cooperation form and reaching a consensus, Tang and Wang jointly signed the strategic cooperation agreement. After the ceremony, Tang and the guests took a group photo to mark the occasion.   

Before the signing ceremony, Wang and his delegation inspected the final assembly workshop, experiment center and electrocoating workshop and learned about the situation of Yutong's production, technology and manufacturing process.
