GAIA Corp. announced a private placement of common shares with a new investor, Yujin Robot Co Ltd on November 16, 2015. The investor will also acquire 20,001 shares in the company through the acquisition of existing shares. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor. The company intended to issue 20,000 shares. The company reported total assets of KRW 5,187,000,000, total liabilities of KRW 3,649,000,000, total capital of KRW 1,538,000,000, capital of KRW 300,000,000, sales of KRW 10,728,000,000, and net profit of KRW 97,000,000 for the year ended December 31, 2014.
