POSTPONEMENT OF DATE OF BOARD MEETING

Reference is made to the announcement (the ''Announcement'') dated 16 March 2021 of Yestar Healthcare Holdings Company Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') in relation to the meeting of the board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of the Company to be held on Monday, 29 March 2021, for the purposes of, among others, considering and approving the annual results of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the recommendation of the payment of final dividend, if any (the ''2020 Annual Results'').

As additional time is required to complete the 2020 Annual Results, the Board hereby announces that the date of the meeting of the Board to consider and approve, among other things, the 2020 Annual Results of the Company will be postponed to Wednesday, 31 March 2021.
