Y-Entec Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A067900) agreed to acquire Shindo Construction Co., Ltd. for KRW 2.3 billion on May 25, 2012. Y-Entec will acquire 0.34 million shares of Shindo Construction in the transaction. As of 2011, Shindo Construction had total assets of KRW 4.18 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 3.05 billion, total liabilities of KRW 1.13 billion and capital of KRW 1.7 billion. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Y-Entec Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by May 31, 2012.
