Woory Industrial Holdings Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A072470) made an offer to acquire 39.5% stake in Wooree Industrial Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A215360) from Myung-Joon Kim and Jeong-Woo Kim for KRW 60.6 billion on June 11, 2015. Woory Industrial Holdings Co.,Ltd. will issue 10.53 million shares as consideration. Woory Industrial Holdings Co.,Ltd. is acquiring 3.6 million shares of Wooree Industrial Co. Ltd. Tender offer period will be from July 16, 2015 to August 04, 2015. As of July 10, 2015, Woory Industrial Holdings ammended the number of shares issued as a considertaion to 13.73 million. Woory Industrial Holdings Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A072470) made an offer to acquire 39.5% stake in Wooree Industrial Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A215360) from Myung-Joon Kim and Jeong-Woo Kim for KRW 70.9 billion on July 10, 2015.
Woory Industrial Holdings Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A072470) completed the acquisition of 39.5% stake in Wooree Industrial Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A215360) from Myung-Joon Kim and Jeong-Woo Kim on August 7, 2015. Myung-Joon Kim sold 2.3 million shares and Jeong-Woo Kim sold 1.3 million shares.
