PT Medco Inti Dinamika and Woori Bank (KOSE:A000030) made an offer to acquire remaining stake in PT. Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 (JKSE:SDRA) on October 21, 2014. The offer per share is IDR 1167.
The payment for the shares will be made on January 2, 2015 or 7 days after the effective date of the merger between Bank Saudara and PT Bank Woori Indonesia which is expected to be effective on December 19, 2014. The effective date of merger is delayed due to pending approval from the Authority.
