A group of overseas investors are likely to participate in the coming bidding for Woori Bank and Woori Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A053000), according to market insiders. Financial market participants raised the possibility, noting that Kyobo Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Kyobo Securities Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A030610) is reportedly considering forming a consortium with global firms to bid for Woori Finance. Among the firms are investment banks such as SoftBank Corp.
