Wojas S.A. (WSE:WOJ) agreed to acquire 56% stake in Bartek on March 5, 2019. Wojas S.A. (WSE:WOJ) completed the acquisition of 56% stake in Bartek on March 18, 2019. As part of the transaction, Wojas S.A. (WSE:WOJ) purchased 28,000 series B shares of Bartek. PKO BP bank has provided Wojas with an investment loan for the transaction.

The Company has a presence in a number of countries, including Slovakia, Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Germany, the Czech Republic, France and others. On January 3, 2014, the Company acquired 100% stake in Wojas Shoes sro, the Czech Republic. On July 23, 2014, 83.85% of the Company's shares were transferred to AW Invest Sp. z o.o. It operates through Wojas Bel Sp z o o.
