Each right is issued pursuant to the Wiseway Employee Incentive Plan - Performance Rights. Each right is to acquire a fully paid ordinary share for nil consideration with vesting expected to be on or around 1 April 2024. No further amount is payable upon exercise of rights and an exercise restriction applies until 1 April 2024. If vesting conditions are not met, the unvested performance rights will be forfeited. The issue of rights to the Managing Director was approved by members at the Annual General Meeting held on 20 January 2022 as set out in the Notice of Meeting.
