Wisdom Marine Lines Co., Limited announced unaudited earnings results for the month and year to date ended December 2016. For the month, the company announced revenue of TWD 927,184,000 year on year decrease of 3.25%, operating income of TWD 132,475,000 year on year decrease of 35.84%, net income before income tax expense of TWD 84,645,000 or TWD 0.16 per share year on year decrease of 33.31%.
For the year to date, the company announced revenue of TWD 10,678,876,000 year on year decrease of 4.60%, operating income of TWD 1,595,178,000 year on year decrease of 35.66%, net income before income tax expense of TWD 1,538,489,000 or TWD 2.96 per share year on year decrease of 32.73%.
Wisdom Marine Lines Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the ship leasing and marine transportation business. The Company operates long-term charter, short-term charter and management business, international maritime transportation business, ship related management and maintenance business, shipping agency business and ship trading business. The fleet includes bulk ships, timber carriers, double-deck ships, multi-purpose ships and container ships of various tonnage. It mainly transports bulk materials.
