(OTCPK:WNLV) acquired The Catalyst Group Entertainment, LLC and IQI Media Inc. from Joseph Lanius, Nicholas Burnett, Khiow Hui Lim, Charlene Logan Kelly, Burnett, Connie Tsai and Amy Morton for $2 million on May 16, 2022. Under the Share Exchange Agreement, 100% of the ownership interest of TCG and IQI was exchanged for 900,000 shares of common stock of Winvest Group Ltd. at the Closing issued to the TCG Shareholders and the IQI Shareholders.
