Wice Logistics Public Company Limited announced at its shareholders meeting held on April 29, 2020, the shareholders approved the appointment of Dr. Ruth Banomyong as Chairman of the audit committee and Mr. Charoenkiat Huthananuntha as Member of the audit committee. The appointments of which shall take an effect as of April 29, 2020.
