Gary Smith Notifies His Intention to Voluntarily Resign from Where Food Comes From, Inc.’s Board

On November 24, 2019, Dr. Gary Smith, a member of the Board of Directors of Where Food Comes From, Inc. ('the Company'), notified the Board of his intention to voluntarily resign from the Company’s Board effective November 24, 2019. Dr. Smith’s decision was not a result of any disagreement between the Company and him on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures. Effective upon Dr. Smith’s resignation as a director, the size of the Company’s Board will be temporarily reduced from nine to eight directors. Dr. Smith has been a member of the Company’s Board since 2006.
