WHA Corporation Public Company Limited announced that Mrs. Kritsana Sukboontasatit has resigned from being a member of the Company's audit committee with the effect from 18 March 2015. However, Mrs. Kritsana Sukboontasatit still takes the position of Directorship, Independence Directorship, a member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of Risk Management Committee of the Company.
