West Mining Corp. (CNSX:WEST) entered into an amending agreement to acquire remaining 80% stake in Kena and Daylight properties from Boundary Gold and Copper Mining Ltd. (TSXV:BDGC) for CAD 3.2 million on April 7, 2021. To acquire Kena and Daylight properties, West made a cash payment of $800,000 to Boundary and issued an aggregate of 7,361,112 Shares to Boundary.
