Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 1,000,000,000 in an equity round of funding on January 24, 2014. The transaction will include participation from existing investors, Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and Weichai Power Co. Ltd. in their current proportion of stakes, 49% and 51% respectively.
The stakes will remain unchanged on closing. The transaction has been approved in the 1st extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2014 of Weichai Power Co. Ltd.
