Integrys Energy Will Hold Auction to Divest of Lake Content Property

Chicago, IL - Integrys Energy Group (NYSE: TEG), has decided to hold a public auction to sell about 200 acres of its Awassa Lodge property along Lake Content in Vilas County, WI. The land is divided into 23 primarily lakefront lots and range in size from around 1.5 acres to as large as 20+ acres. The auction will be conducted by Hall and Hall auction services on September 18, 2014, at 1:00 P.M. at the St. Germain Community Center, in St. Germain, WI.

Integrys Energy Group also owns nearly 235 acres not adjacent to the water, which includes the present hiking and snowmobile trails, that it is working to sell to a single buyer.

The company previously announced the intention to sell the property late in 2012. The Lodge operated through 2013.

Hall and Hall will begin marketing the property July 17, 2014 including having a booth at the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI in late July to answer questions. It will also begin advertising in area newspapers and select media outside the area.company's website.

Formal viewing dates for the property are the weekends of August 15-16 and September 5-6, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day.
