Websol Energy System Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 171 million in funding from Websol Green Projects Private Limited, S L Industries Pvt. Ltd. and other investors.

Websol Energy System Limited announced a private placement of 1800000 equity shares at an issue price of INR 95 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 171,000,000 on May 22, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors Websol Green Projects Private Limited,S L Industries Pvt. Ltd., individual investors Rajinder Kumar Jain,Devanshi Marfatia and Sanjeev Subhashchand Poddar.

The shares are issued on the preferential basis. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
